The picture created by Julie McRae, a Northland B-lingual (Speech and Sign) Artist was donated by Claire Marsh on her retirement from Council 29 July 1997. This award is to be presented during the SCA Annual General Meeting each year. The purpose is to recognise and encourage the skills of recent SCA members.

CRITERIA
A
1          Branches will send a nomination to Council together with a brief citation setting out the reasons for the nomination
 
2             SCA Council will select the winner from the nominations
 
B         The recipient will :
1             Be a financial member of SCA
 
2             Have been a member of the branch for at least one year
 
3             Have made a significant contribution to Branch activities
