This award is to be presented during the SCA Annual General Meeting each year. The purpose is to recognise and encourage the skills of recent SCA members.

1 Branches will send a nomination to Council together with a brief citation setting out the reasons for the nomination
2 SCA Council will select the winner from the nominations
B The recipient will :
1 Be a financial member of SCA
2 Have been a member of the branch for at least one year
3 Have made a significant contribution to Branch activities
